Q: How will my eBook and or audiobooks be delivered?

A: Your audiobooks are delivered immediately via a BookFunnel email.
If the email hasn’t arrived in 5 minutes, please check your Spam folder.
For technical help with your eBook or audiobook, email the helpful team at help@bookfunnel.com.

Q: How long will my paperbacks take to be delivered?
A: Please allow 3–5 business days if you are based in Europe 4-5 days if US, and up to 14 days worldwide.
Once your paperback order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link from my supplier, BookVault.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: You can securely checkout via several methods including PayPal, and ShopPay (Shopify’s own payment system).

Q, Are paperbacks available?
A: Absolutely - you can shop full series bundles or single paperbacks for all of Judith Asher books right here on the store.

Q. Do you offer large print books?
A: Yes! Judith offers large print paperback editions. Simply click the 'Print books' tab on the Home page, then click on 'Print books.'
