For eBooks and audiobooks, as these are instant downloads, no refund can be given.

Please choose carefully. Refunds are only given if you buy a duplicate digital item within 48 hours of first purchase. In this case, the duplicate item will be refunded. Please notify us within 14 days of your order.

Print books

Print books are printed and packed by The Great British Book Shop via BookVault. Books are shipped worldwide.
